ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek a dynamic Team Leader to manage a growing operations team. The role requires strong leadership skills, client management experience, and expertise in data processing and team performance management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of up to 30 operations executives
Set goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct performance reviews
Provide training, coaching, and career development support
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Client & Project Management
Serve as primary client contact and relationship manager
Collaborate with Client Services, Business Development, and Account Management teams
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality standards
Maintain SLA compliance and client satisfaction
Data Operations
Handle large data files across multiple formats (CSV, TSV, XLS, etc.)
Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks
Create reports and manage data allocation schedules
Develop Excel macros for process automation
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Minimum 5 years in BPO industry
2+ years in team lead/supervisory role
Skills
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, including macros)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Data processing and reporting experience

Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in the BPO industry (2+ years as Team Lead)
Communication:
Exceptional written & verbal skills
Experience managing direct interactions with international clients
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced MS Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
Expertise in handling & processing large data files
Strong understanding of performance metrics & reporting
