About the Role
Title: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with a strong background in UAE Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of payroll solutions and for ensuring seamless integration with cloud HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP HCM & UAE Payroll: Lead the implementation, support and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll tailored to UAE statutory requirements.
SuccessFactors Integration: Manage and optimize the Employee Central module, ensuring data consistency and smooth replication between EC and SAP Payroll (ECP).
Technical Configuration: Configure schemas, PCRs and wage types to meet complex business requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the subject matter expert for payroll processing, troubleshooting and legal compliance within the Middle East region.

Requirements
7+ years of core experience in SAP HCM Payroll
Proven track record with UAE payroll localisation and labour laws
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Experience with EC to SAP Payroll (ECP) integration and data replication
Strong skills in configuring schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and wage types
Availability to work during IST business hours
Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge technical teams and HR business owners
