About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Vlocity Developer (B2C) with strong experience in Sales Console and Agent Console within a #Telecom BSS environment. You'll design end-to-end customer journeys and order fulfillment processes using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), working closely with business teams, L2/L3 support, and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Sales Console & Agent Console (Vlocity UI layers) for B2C journeys
Build and maintain OmniStudio components โ Omniscripts, Integration Procedures (IP), DataRaptors (DR), and Flexcards
Configure and customize customer journeys (Shop, Signup, Port-In, Relocation, etc.)
Integrate external systems via APIs for customer eligibility, credit checks, and order validation
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions
