About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the product strategy and development of our hearing aid fitting software platform. You'll work closely with marketing to define features that improve hearing healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define and prioritize product roadmap for hearing aid fitting and programming software
● Collaborate with audiologists and marketing to understand workflow requirements
● Work with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with medical device regulations
● Define user stories and acceptance criteria for complex technical features
● Coordinate with international teams on market-specific requirements
● Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform product decisions
Product Areas:
● Patient Management: Session workflows, data privacy, treatment history tracking
● Device Programming: Hearing aid configuration, fitting algorithms, real-time adjustments
● Professional Tools: Audiologist workflows, clinic management, device diagnostics
● Integration Systems: Third-party device connectivity, EMR integration, reporting tools

Requirements
● 5+ years product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology
● Experience with medical device software or regulated environments
● Strong understanding of user experience design principles
● Experience working with technical teams on complex software products
● Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
● Understanding of audiology practices and hearing healthcare workflows
● Familiarity with medical device regulations (FDA, CE marking, ISO standards)
● Knowledge of healthcare data privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR)
● Experience with telehealth and remote patient monitoring solutions
● Understanding of accessibility requirements for medical software
Technical Understanding:
● Ability to work with engineering teams on technical product requirements
● Understanding of cloud platforms, API integrations, and system architectures
● Experience with data analytics and user behavior analysis tools
● Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and release management
