About the Role
This role sits in Detailed Engineering and involves working on live plant projects from the first month. You will design and develop 3D piping models, extract isometrics, resolve clashes, and support digital twin integration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D piping models in AutoCAD Plant 3D from P&IDs, plot plans, and GA drawings.
Route piping for process requirements, operability, maintainability, and design codes.
Extract and check isometrics, GA drawings, and material take‑offs.
Build and maintain project specifications and catalogues in Plant 3D.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent.
inate with process, civil, structural, and electrical teams.
Support model data handover into the WisTwin digital twin platform.
Key Skills
AutoCAD Plant 3D, 3D Piping Design, P&ID Interpretation, Isometric Extraction, Material Take‑Offs, Piping Components & Specifications, Clash Detection (Navisworks), LiDAR Point Cloud Modelling, ASME B31.3 Familiarity, Digital Twin Awareness

Minimum 1 year hands‑on 3D piping design in production projects.
Minimum 1 year AutoCAD Plant 3D project work (training/certificates alone not accepted).
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and piping GA drawings independently.
Knowledge of piping components, fittings, valves, supports, and material specifications.
Ability to extract isometrics and material take‑offs without supervision.
Strong AutoCAD 2D fundamentals (orthographic projection, sectioning, dimensioning, layer discipline).
Willingness to work from Hyderabad office and travel to client sites. Good to Have
Experience with AVEVA E3D / PDMS or Hexagon SP3D.
