About the Role
We're looking for a Fusion HCM Technical expert with fair functional knowledge of the Compensation module. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise and is focused more on implementation than support, working closely with a customer based in the USA.
What You'll Do:
Work on HCM Cloud Compensation implementation projects (Techno-Functional)
Configure and customize HCM using EFF/DFF, HDL/HSDL, BPM, and Fast Formulas
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
Build and manage reports using Advanced BI Publisher
Develop using VBCS and AI Studio
Collaborate directly with the customer, providing clear updates and technical guidance
Support integrations using OCI/OIC where applicable
Requirements
Total Exp: 7+ Years, advanced experience in HCM Cloud Compensation (Techno-Functional)
Advanced SQL skills
Advanced BI Publisher experience
Strong HCM configuration skills (EFF/DFF, HDL/HSDL, BPM, Fast Formulas)
Hands-on experience with VBCS
Experience with AI Studio
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Willingness to work late hours (USA EST time zone)
Strong preference for implementation experience over support
