Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: 1-4 years in the Recruitment/ Staffing Industry
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Type: Full-time
Shift timings: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM
Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Mon- Fri, plus 2 Saturdays
Objectives:
• Develop new business prospects across PAN India by identifying trends and client demands, creating a pipeline for the short-, medium-, and long-term in accordance with targets.
• Create new leads, locate decision-makers, get in touch with them, evaluate prospective business prospects, choose deals in accordance with plans, and handle pitch.
• To regularly meet revenue goals, establish and implement business development strategy, procedures, structures, and best practices throughout the organization.
• Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
• Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
Required skills and qualifications:
• A minimum of 1-4 years in business development roles, with specific experience into recruitment industry.
• Ability and experience into end-to-end business development from lead generation, pitching, presentation, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Revenue generation and target achievement mindset.
• Capability for independent thought and action, without the need for constant supervision.
• Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales techniques with good negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of India market across different industries.
