Working Days: 5 Days (Monday–Friday)
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented, analytical professionals to review websites, products, and merchants, conduct online investigations, identify compliance risks, and prepare accurate reports in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and classify websites, merchants, and certification applicants using online research and internal tools.
Conduct compliance reviews and identify potential risks or policy violations.
Prepare clear, accurate, and concise analytical reports within defined timelines.
Perform online background investigations using open-source intelligence.
Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal stakeholders as required.
Maintain documentation and support process improvements.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients via email, phone, or virtual meetings.
Requirements
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience with online research and data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Good time management and ability to work independently.
Comfortable handling sensitive or potentially offensive online content.
Ability to make sound decisions with limited or ambiguous information. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
0–3 years of relevant experience in research, compliance, risk analysis, or trust & safety.
