About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Test & Verification Engineer with 8+ years to ensure correctness and
stability of a Platform Abstraction Layer that maps hardware interfaces to platform features. This role focuses on testing abstraction correctness, independent of client applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design test strategies for platform abstraction layers
• Validate correctness of mappings between low-level hardware parameters, platform feature interfaces, and software client feature interfaces
• Develop automated tests for generated APIs and models
• Create simulations and stubs for hardware behavior
• Ensure regression safety across hardware platform generations
• Collaborate with firmware, platform, and software teams
Requirements
• Strong background in test architecture and automation
• Experience testing systems at hardware-software boundaries
• Knowledge of contract testing and interface validation
• Ability to design testable abstractions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
