Drive sales success by developing strategies, creating impactful content, managing tools, and aligning sales and marketing efforts. Leverage data insights, industry research, and targeted resources to empower global sales teams and enhance performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with B2B marketing goals.
- GTM Planning: Collaborate with leadership to drive go-to-market plans targeting key objectives and markets.
- Content Creation: Design and manage sales resources like playbooks, pitch decks, and training materials.
- Tool Management: Implement and integrate sales enablement tools for seamless adoption.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales enablement initiatives using data-driven insights to enhance outcomes.
- Industry Research: Partner with research teams to craft actionable sales content and messaging.
Team Collaboration: Align sales and marketing teams on messaging, goals, and objectives.
- Data Mining: Source valuable company and contact information to support sales efforts.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales enablement within a B2B environment; BPO or tech industry preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales strategies, exceptional communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Work Style: Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Benefits:
