Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT Sales. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates from IT/Computer Science backgrounds to launch their careers in a high-growth environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT services and solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain existing client accounts.
• Schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
• Prepare proposals and participate in client calls and presentations.
Job Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and products.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
• 0–1 year of experience in IT Sales / Business Development (freshers welcome).
Location:
• Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
