About the Role
The Global IT Bid Manager oversees IT and Security components in RFP/RFQ submissions for contact center outsourcing, collaborating with internal teams, preparing technical solutions, costing, and presenting IT proposals to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT and Security components in RFP/RFQ submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Prepare technical solutions, costing, and documentation for submissions.
- Present IT solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee client expansions and provide IT solution summaries.
Requirements
10+ years in contact center IT, telephony, or security solutions.
Experience in RFP/RFQ responses and technical pre-sales roles.
Knowledge of enterprise telecom, cloud-based contact center solutions, and IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids.
