About the Role
Join our team as a Caller, where you'll handle outbound and inbound calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups for Home Health Agency (HHA) documentations.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to schedule patient appointments and confirm visit details.
Answer inbound calls from patients and HHAs, providing information and addressing inquiries.
Coordinate with HHAs to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation.
Follow up with patients and HHAs regarding appointment confirmations and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls and documentation updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software is beneficial.
