About the Role

Join our team as a Caller, where you'll handle outbound and inbound calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups for Home Health Agency (HHA) documentations.

Requirements

Responsibilities: 
  • Make outbound calls to schedule patient appointments and confirm visit details. 

  • Answer inbound calls from patients and HHAs, providing information and addressing inquiries. 

  • Coordinate with HHAs to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation. 

  • Follow up with patients and HHAs regarding appointment confirmations and documentation requirements. 


Maintain accurate records of calls and documentation updates. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. 

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred. 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. 

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software is beneficial.
